December 2025 recorded 4,056 home sales, making it the second strongest December over the past four years. Despite one of the coldest and snowiest Decembers in recent memory, activity remained resilient. For context, December sales were 3,697 in 2024, 3,044 in 2023, and 3,017 in 2022.⁠

Looking at the full year, total sales reached 62,433 in 2025, the lowest annual total in four years. This points to a market that is moving toward stabilization. Buyers are finding opportunities to negotiate pricing and terms, while sellers need to be strategic with pricing, presentation, and marketing to stand out.⁠
